Kiddobell (“Kiddobell,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of families who use our website, web application, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when parents, guardians, and children use Kiddobell.

Kiddobell helps parents and guardians manage children's routines, reminders, schedules, and related family tasks. Kiddobell is not a medical, educational, safety, emergency, childcare, or behavioral-health service.

By using Kiddobell, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kiddobell.

1. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

Kiddobell is intended to be used under the supervision and control of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians are responsible for:

• Creating and managing the family account.
• Deciding what child information to enter.
• Reviewing routines, reminders, schedules, and settings.
• Supervising children's use of Kiddobell.
• Ensuring that Kiddobell is appropriate for their family.

Kiddobell does not replace parental judgment, supervision, communication, or responsibility.

2. Children's Privacy

Kiddobell may allow a parent or guardian to create profiles for children. These profiles may include information such as a child's first name, nickname, avatar, routine schedule, task completion status, reminder responses, and performance summaries.

We do not knowingly allow children to create independent accounts without parent or guardian involvement.

For children under 13, Kiddobell should only be used with verifiable consent and control of a parent or legal guardian. COPPA gives parents control over what information websites and online services may collect from children under 13.

Reminders and notifications may fail, be delayed, be blocked by the browser, be affected by device settings, or not work as expected. Kiddobell does not guarantee that any reminder, notification, alarm, or alert will be delivered, received, seen, acknowledged, or acted upon.

Parents and guardians should not rely on Kiddobell for emergencies, safety-critical events, medical needs, school compliance, childcare supervision, or any situation where failure of a reminder could cause harm.

6. Screen-Time or Device-Control Features

Kiddobell may offer or test features related to screen-time routines, device behavior, video pausing, content blocking, app limits, or similar controls.

These features may depend on browser, operating system, device, permissions, third-party services, or technical limitations. They may not work on all devices or in all situations.

Kiddobell does not guarantee that any screen-time, content-control, device-control, or behavior-management feature will function correctly, continuously, or without error.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children's device use.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Kiddobell, such as:

• Cloud hosting providers
• Database providers
• Authentication providers
• Email or notification providers
• Payment processors
• Analytics or error-monitoring providers
• Customer support tools

If Kiddobell later launches on Google Play or other app stores, the data practices disclosed in the store listing must match the privacy policy and actual app behavior. Google's Families policies also place restrictions on apps that target children or mixed audiences, including rules around child-directed services and SDK/API use.

8. No Sale of Children's Information
